Privacy notice.

Discretion is part of the service. This page explains exactly what we receive, why, how long we keep it and how to have it deleted.

Who we are

The Crimson Room is a private massage and domination studio in London. We decide how the details you give us are used, which makes us the "controller" under UK data protection law (UK GDPR). Questions about your data: hello@crimsonroom.uk.

The booking form sends nothing to us

The form on this website does not store or send your details anywhere. It writes a WhatsApp message on your own device, and nothing reaches us until you press send in WhatsApp. You can read and change the message before you send it.

What we receive when you contact us

  • Contact details: your name (a first name is fine) and your phone number.
  • Booking details: the date, time, length and type of session, and your level of experience.
  • What you choose to tell us about your interests and limits.
  • Health information, if you share it: conditions, injuries or medication that affect what is safe in a session.

Why we use it

  • To arrange and give you the session you ask for. This is the legal basis of taking steps at your request to provide a service.
  • To keep you safe. Health information is "special category" data. We use it only to plan a safe session, and only because you chose to give it to us (your explicit consent). You can withdraw that consent at any time, but it may mean we can't offer some activities.
  • To confirm you are 21 or over. We may look at ID in person. We do not copy or keep it.

We never use your details for marketing, never sell them and never share them with anyone outside the studio. We only contact you if you ask us to.

How long we keep it

We delete booking messages and the details in them within 30 days of your session, or of your enquiry if you do not book. If you would like us to remember your preferences for future visits, tell us and we will keep only those, until you ask us to delete them.

WhatsApp

WhatsApp is run by Meta. Messages are end-to-end encrypted, and WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to your use of it. For extra discretion, you can turn on disappearing messages in our chat.

This website

  • No cookies, no advertising and no third-party tracking scripts for visitors.
  • Visit statistics are counted on our own server: which pages are viewed, the site you arrived from, an approximate country and the type of device. Your IP address is used for a moment to estimate the country and is not stored. Visitors are counted with a code that changes every day, so we cannot recognise you from one day to the next. Statistics are deleted after about 13 months.
  • Your age confirmation is remembered by your browser until you close the tab. It is not sent to us.
  • Our web host keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security, for a limited time.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@crimsonroom.uk, and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Ready when you are.

Send a short message with a day, a time and what interests you. We reply between 10:00 and 21:00.
